Flora Care is a complementary feed for dogs and cats that contains a composition of ingredients that support the physiological microbial balance of the digestive tract. The formula combines live cultures of probiotic bacteria, microencapsulated sodium butyrate and fructooligosaccharides (FOS) – a prebiotic that supports the activity of the natural intestinal microflora.

Flora Care is a combination of probiotic bacteria, microencapsulated sodium butyrate and FOS. The Enterococcus faecium strain produces significant amounts of lactic acid. Microencapsulated sodium butyrate, which is one of the short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs), is an important cellular component and may contribute to maintaining the integrity of the intestinal barrier.

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), on the other hand, are prebiotics that can support the functioning of the digestive system.
