Feed material for dogs and cats – 120 g of powder

Rosehip is a feed material for dogs and cats, the main ingredient of which is rosehip(Rosa canina L.). The plant has long been valued as a natural source of vitamin C and many other bioactive plant compounds. The product can be a part of the daily diet of animals, for example, during periods of increased demand for components supporting immunity and body condition. It can also be helpful as a supplement to nutrition during periods of convalescence or weakness.

Rosehip is a preparation for dogs and cats in powder form. Rosehip (Rosa canina L.) is the primary ingredient used to supplement vitamin C deficiencies.

It also contains a number of other valuable substances, among others: carotenoids (including beta-carotene), flavonoids, phenolic acids (including ellagic acid), anthocyanins, tannins, polysaccharides, vitamins: K, B1, B2, tocopherols, unsaturated fatty acids, organic acids and pectin. The presence of galactolipid (GOPO) is also observed in rosehip fruits.

Daily, it is recommended to give the following amounts of product during a meal, depending on the weight of the animal:

  • < 5 kg - 1 small, flat measure
  • 5 kg – 10 kg – 1 large, flat measure*.
  • 10-20 kg: – 2 large, flat measures*.
  • >20 kg – 3 large, flat measures*

* For ease of administration, it can be divided into two portions, mixing the product with food in the morning and evening.
